Our Mission: The Freedom to Create Unlimited Possibilities
Our mission is simple, but profound: to help in the co-creation of unlimited possibilities through the pursuit of total mental freedom. Our job is to help individuals and organizations pursue their highest potential and overcome the obstacles that stand in their way by showing them how to move past habitual thinking and into a space of openness and creativity. As such, we create positive change by helping others discover the obvious and not-so-obvious resolutions to their own problems. We are awareness agents — or better yet, awareness evangelists!
Greater Awareness for Greater Change
The vision behind our mission is one of a less stressful, more spiritually fulfilling and more environmentally sustainable world. We understand that realizing this vision means building our own awareness of what we’re doing wrong and what we’re doing right to make it happen.
That’s why, as catalysts for change and as “awareness evangelists,” the execution of our mission is of a three-pronged approach, all focused on developing capacities for greater awareness. Our approach is as follows:
- Through our products, publications and speeches: Inspire others to take action in developing their own openness, self-knowledge and self-awareness both as individuals and as members of a larger culture.
- Through our workshops and retreats: Explore practices and techniques for initiating positive change. And, in the process, create communities of practitioners who are passionate about doing the same — exploring leadership through self-knowledge, personal and organizational growth through dilemma resolution, and positive cultural change through heightened creativity.
- Through our consulting work: Assist organizations in creating workplace cultures that are more rewarding, productive, open, innovative and understanding of their place in the greater ecology of the earth.
The Path Ahead: One Step at a Time
We know that ours is a big vision and a daunting path. But we also know that, as Lao Tzu once said, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
We think big and act small, focusing on each of our clients and projects with diligence and care. Change is a slow process; it does not happen overnight.
